For the most part, the focus will be on the external customer: the party who purchases services from the LTO. Initially, though, we will consider internal customers. Internal customers Whereas external customers are not actually members of the LTO, the so-called a#39;internal customera#39; ... all staff need to behave competently in line with the organizationa#39;s service standards and the customersa#39; expectations.
